Appointments, cancellations and conduct

Appointment requests made through this website are invitations to book, not confirmed bookings. Our team will confirm availability and any preparation needed before your visit.

• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so the time can be offered to someone else.
• Arrive on time for in-clinic visits; late arrivals may have shorter consultations.
• Treat our team and other clients with respect. We may decline or end service where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
• Provide accurate health information. Withholding relevant details can make advice unsafe.

Fees, payment and insurance

Fees for consultations and programmes are explained before you commit to care. Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Where you intend to use insurance, we will help you understand coverage and paperwork, but the final decision on coverage rests with your insurer and any shortfall remains your responsibility.

Newsletter and communications

When you subscribe, you agree to receive emails from us such as articles, seasonal recipes and occasional clinic news. Subscription is optional and free. You can change your preferences at any time on the subscribe page or leave the list instantly through the unsubscribe page. Please do not subscribe an email address that is not yours.

The text, layout, graphics, photography and branding on this website belong to Thrive Nutri Health or are used with permission.
